Under the direction of Dr. Hay Ly Eang, PPM Laboratories participated in the 38th edition of PharmagoraPlus on March 8th and 9th at the Porte de Versailles in Paris, where thousands of pharmacy professionals gathered.
According to the organizers, this year's show brought together no fewer than 8,000 visitors over two days, including more than 5,400 community pharmacists. "With a 5% increase in registered pharmacists compared to 2024, and a visitor satisfaction rate of 94%, this edition was a resounding success!" they declared.
For Coumba Diallo, PPM Export Director for French-speaking African countries, this show provided the opportunity for "great meetings with our pharmacy partners from various countries in the African region," which will result in partnerships to be established with the country teams upon their return to their respective countries.
The show kicked off this year on a particularly symbolic date, March 8th being International Women's Day. It was with this in mind that the "Women's Health" program was launched for the first time.
The diversity of exhibitors, the quality of the conferences, the richness of the discussions with various stakeholders, and the warm and friendly atmosphere of the event were praised by attendees, noted the organizers.
This edition was marked by a particular enthusiasm for the conferences. The "Women's Health" and "Dermatology" programs debuted with large audiences, demonstrating a growing interest in certain topics such as the use of medications in pediatrics or the main dermatoses encountered at the medical counter.
On the exhibitor side, the show brought together major laboratories, groups, and distributors, as well as organizations with expertise in pharmacy digitalization, dietary supplements, robotics, and cosmetics. Young companies and innovative startups brought a breath of fresh air to the show's aisles.
"For two days, the essential pharmacy event in France once again united all industry players with a common goal: to shape the pharmacy of tomorrow," said the organizers, who noted that the buzz of feedback on social media in the week following the show (more than 300 mentions in one week on LinkedIn!) extended the show's energy and confirmed PharmagoraPlus's position as a driving force for innovation and collaboration for pharmacy professionals.
The next edition will take place on March 14 and 15, 2026.
